Pasar Besar Kedai Payang

I went back to my hometown to celebrate Chinese New Year Recently. And manage to catch a few photos in the Market.

Trishaw is still available in the market, we normally call it "taxi" back in my younger day. But now, i'll won't take this "taxi" anymore, because i really pity those old man. I mean, i'm categorize under "heavy weight"
I never tried on Mono before. I thought the view here, quite suitable for Mono.

I like this 2 photos. Especially the one with "janggut"

There will be people selling Keropok Lekor.

This side is selling fishy stuff.
There are lots of interesting stuff in the Market. But since I'm still not very good on the light exposure part, so many of the photo i took several picture to get the right exposure. Some of them still not ideal one, but because i feel quite weird to stand at the same spot snapping one particular person for many times, and those people actually feel uneasy also. So some of the picture may not be on the ideal exposure, but, i just like the feel, guess its because thats my hometown also.

The Dance Company

When I was in sunway pyramid, there was some dancing show at old wing. I was quite excited and was trying to catch some nice movement of the dancers. Only i realise that its really not easy. I have to keep check on the aperture and the shutter speed, to keep the exposure balance.
This was probably the best exposed shot.

I like these few shots, but i think the dancers' image was a bit over exposed.

This shot is not too bad.....

I like this movement very much, but too bad.... there is a "head" at the bottom left side.. hai~~~

Quite like this one, but think its a bit too "full"... Think it'll be nicer if the dancers image is smaller.

This is much better.

Its not easy to catch all the movement nicely with the right exposure. Out of about 120 shots, only the above are ok to show. I'll find more chance to learn movement catching technics.

Yummy Yummy

I like food. And i like to snap food photos. This is to share with you the food that i manage to snap using my DSLR.

This are the food from the buffet line during my Cousin's wedding in Singapore.

Fried Rice

Buttered Prawns.

Vegetables

Black Pepper Beef

The drinks, sea coconut.

And some desserts.
This is a Shanghai restaurant in SS2 PJ. I kinda like their food, and price is reasonable as well.

Well.. not too sure what its called in English. Its some kind of dumpling.

This is.... err.. another type of dumpling.

The rice inside the lotus leaf. Taste really good.

The Shanghai Ramen with Wanton.
The Manhattan Fish Market. One of my favourite restaurant.

The Seafood Platter. Its good enough to share among the 3 of us.

And the Appetizer.

The Christmas in Town

Christmas in Sunway. The Chrismas Deco in Sunway new wing is more of kiddy feel.

They even have a mini wheel for kids.
The Ferry Wheel is moving.....
The Sunway old wing Deco is more of "arabian" style. Which i feel its very elegant as well.

During the chrismas day. Mid Valley was crowded.
This is the Christmas deco at the centre court. I think its not very attractive compared to other mall.
This is the backdrop at the center of the stage.
I find the HSBC promotional booth was better decorated, then the center court deco.
The south court deco was very simple. I only manage to snap this shot.
I like Deco in 1U the best. Like the white christmas tree.
The top view.
Can you see me in the golden Ball??

I always like the christmas deco in malls. Initially i planned to go to all major malls and take photos on the christmas deco, post it in this blog and let everyone choose, which is the best. But with KL's traffic, i only manage to take those. Perhaps the coming christmas, i'll do it.
