Colourful land

Due to my part time course, i was required to visit a kindergarten, and observe the Kinddie teacher. After snapping a few photo on the teacher, which is required for my assignment, i started to look around the classroom, and snap some interesting stuff.

All the children are sitting on the floor, listening to class, leaving the empty chairs and tables with the colourful school bags.
Tables and chairs painted in vibrant colour.
I thought this kid is cute that he fold his leg this way.

Colourful chairs.

Like this the most.
Its great to see such a huge compound kinddie painted with so many colours. It really make me happy to see those colourful furniture, and of course the naive smiles from the little one did really make my day.

Korean food and Japanese Food

Its food again, this time, its Korean & Japanese food with my 50mm lens.
Although 50mm lens create a beautiful Bokeh, however I soon find that shallow Depth of field, will result to part of the main object blur. Just like the food that I snap.

My intention was to get the 3 pieces of the Cheese Kimchi Pancake clear, but, due to the shallow depth of field, only one is seen clear. Perhaps I should focus on the 2nd pancake instead of the first one. Maybe it'll look more attractive?

The Bimbimbab. This time, i caught the right spot, which only the front part of the bowl and a little of the white egg is blur, the rest is just nice.

The Kimchi soup. I like this most.
The Kimchi Soup set.
The Japanese food, this is the restaurant we went, Umai-Ya.
Wassabi. Well, i just don't like how it taste, not because of the spicy-ness, but i think it taste like "plastic"
Japanese food. The appetiser. Edamame.
I forget what this is called. But its made of Chicken soft bones. Its crunchy.
Sizzling Oyster
This is called Taco Pelt. I like this very much.
Salmon Fish head, the portion quite small.
Salmon
Tofu
The fresh sashimi.
Dragon Maki.
Snapping food is easy, if your mission is just to snap the food.
But how to make the food that you snap look delicious, which angle to take, its still another challenging task, especially when every one is eagerly waiting for you to snap before they are allowed to start eating. :)

Simply Shooting

It was a Sunday afternoon, the sun was burning. I grab my Camera, and walk out my apartment to look for some interesting object.
This was snapped somewhere near my office. I kindda like it.
Chrysanthemum.
I was hoping a clean background. But the car just drove in and park there. This is the best angle i can get.
Water pipe near the playground.
The see-saw

Its kids again.

Snapping kids is no doubt challenging.
This time, my friend "lend" her 2 kids for me to snap. And on that day, it so happen that the boy is not at the right mood that he refuses to take any photo. So what i did was snapping from far and while he is not looking at the camera.
Little boy covering his face when he knew i tried to take his photo. Little girl is more sporting that she allow me to snap as much as i like. :)
Little boy didn't notice that I've got him..
Bribed them with some jelly.
He turns away when i lift my camera.
Little Shoes.
The family walking at the path.

Although its not easy to snap a kids, but i still find it enjoy getting around with the kids and smapping for them, even with the boy refuse to take any photos, I still manage to caught some nice one. :)

New family member

After getting my 18-200mm zoom lens, I kept thinking of another lens, the 50mm lens. which is good to snap potrait, as it has a huge F value, 1.8. Finally, I bought that lens last week.
I immediately try this out after i walk out from the store, and start to fall in love with the nice bokeh.
Since this is a potrait lens, I tried on my friend as well.
Its a nice to use lens, but I guess i need some time to master it.

I'll be using this lens for my next assignment, snapping kids. :)
