New Lens In Mind

I'm thinking to invest a new Lens.
I have a few in my mind.
1. The Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS, cost about RM 1000 below. Reasonably cheap, but I predict to swap between the kit lens and this EF-S 55-250mm IS quite often when i'm out to take photo.
2. Canon EF-S 18-200mm IS. A multi purpose lens. But pricy. Its about RM 2600++
3. Tamron AF 18-270mm VC. RM 2500. Same, over my budget.
These are the lens that in my thought now.
I just got a feeling that i'll finally go for the cheap one. And carry 2 lens around, due to my finance constraint, because, a speedlite is also in my future investment plan. Which easily cost me about 1K++. Hopefully I'm able to purchase the lens before my next trip, to Hong Kong in october.
